I lost 130 lbs and went from a size 20 down to a 4!

During my two back to back pregnancies I let myself go and I tipped the scale at 254 lbs and wore a size 20.
I got to the point where I was tired of being overweight, always out of breath, and in general just being so unhealthy! I knew I had to do something... and fast!
I tossed the junk, and really focused on eating healthy.
The The Eat-Clean Diet book
really helped me. It taught you the importance of feeding your body with the right kinds of foods for healthy weight loss. I also started to drink nothing but water, and lots of it!
Now onto the exercise part..
My mom and several of her co-workers swear by the FIRM workouts which are at home fitness DVDs that focus on strength training combined with aerobics. You can get them pretty much anywhere and they are not expensive at all!
During my weight loss journey I signed up to the Firm Believers Club and started to collect many of the different FIRM workouts. I followed the basic rotational calendar from the FIRM Direct club site and plugged in my own workouts. I created a different calendar each month so that I never became bored or hit a plateau.
I loved the fact that I was able to exercise in the comfort of my own living room, and being able to get a workout more effective than going to the gym was amazing!
It took me around 8-9 months and I was able to lose 130 lbs and drop down to a size 4! I am a FIRM Believer for life!
