I thought it would be fun if we could all engage in back-and-forth conversation about weight loss topics here on the site. So I created this "mini-forum" page. OK... I know it's not like other forums you may have seen, and that's because technically it's not really set up using forum software.
But it IS interactive, and later on, I might think about establishing a full-blown formal forum such as you may have seen on other weight loss forums websites. We'll see... But for now, I thought we'd just go with this less formal, less structured approach.
And here's the good news! It's super easy to use. You don't have to sign up for anything or register. You don't even have to leave your email address or name unless you want to. Course it's not much fun talking to "Anonymous", so I hope if you participate, you will at least leave your first name, so we know who we're talking to.
You can either start a new topic of your own in our weight loss forums by filling in the boxes below, or if you see one already started that you'd like to comment on, you can do that too. Either way, we all win.
